Reserving the Stake Center

Dear Sis Johnson,

This is bro Rogers from the Arrowhead Ward. I was interested in reserving the kitchen and cultural hall on the evening of May 6th from 4-8pm. This would be for a memorial for my wife’s mother that passed away this week.

Please let me know if the bldg is available and if we could reserve it. We would need tables and chairs but we would take care of set up and cleanup. It would be a small gathering of about 30-50 people. Thanks for letting me know.
